Britt released a neat Vegas themed kit this week called "Jackpot"

Here is what I scrapped with it:
Show me the money - This was the present that Mom created for Aunt LaVon's 75th birthday. It was Aunt Joyce and Aunt Nette's idea, but it was up to Mom to create since the other two were still in Florida at the time.

Wendy released a really cute template pack, "Spring Forward Template". You can use the layered PSD files or PNG files to create your own creations.

Here is what I created with them:
Generations of Love - Photos of Grandma, Mom, and I. For the May Past Matters challenge to scrap about the women in our lives.

During my scrapbooking marathon I created a Disney ABC book that I will post separately, but I did three other layouts before that.
When Lilacs last bloom'd - This was for the ScrapMatters Matter of Snap photo challenge to scrap flowers. I went out and took some photos of the large lilac bush outside my bedroom window. I LOVE the smell of lilacs. The journaling is a part of the Walt Whitman poem.

Here is the photo I used for the challenge:

I also did two Gettysburg layouts:
"Tally-ho" - The 8th Illinois Cavalry monument. The title was the unit's battle cry.

Maj. Gen. Abner Doubleday - The monument for Maj. Gen. Abner Doubleday.

As previously mentioned, I'll post the entire Disney ABC book in its own post once I finish posting it to ScrapMatters.
That's all for now!
Later,
Melissa
