It's official!

Our trip to Walt Disney World in April is official!!! YAY! Melinda and I got our income tax refund today so when I got home tonight I booked our flights. I'm really happy with the fligthts. A trip is never official until the flights are booked since up until that point we can still change things. So now our trip is officially on. :) Since there was only $45 difference between flying from our local airport and Detroit, we are going to fly from our local airport. It's only about 10 minutes from our house and its really small so security shouldn't take too long. We have a 2 hour layover in Detroit, but that is fine. We'll have plenty of time to get to our gate, use the restroom, etc. And there is plenty of time in case the first flight is delayed for any reason. On the way back we only have an hour layover in Detroit, but that works since I'm sure we will both be ready to come back home to our kitties.

Last week I booked our vacation package last weekend. We will be staying at Pop again this time unless I decide to change it. I'm starting to get very exciting. I already have all of our dining reservations.

This weekend should be a fairly quiet weekend. Melinda and I are planning to go to the Outlet mall tomorrow and getting Sonic for lunch. Yum. :) Going to church then on Sunday if the weather isn't too bad. I need to get some scrapping done so I will probably work on that on Sunday.

So that's about it. I'm very excited that our trip is now official.
